Double acting block Square rod type
Φ20 to 63 mm [0.787 to 2.480 in] cylinder bore. Does not require a mounting bracket. Square rod makes it non-rotating.
Double acting block with variable cushion type
Φ16 to 40 mm [0.630 to 1.575 in] cylinder bore. Block type that does not require a mounting bracket. An integrated air cushion absorbs impact force at the stroke end.
Double acting multi position type
Φ20 to 40 mm [0.787 to 1.575 in] cylinder bore. Two cylinders can be linked in series and three stop positions can be specified. Stainless steel tubing for high quality and high reliability.
End keep double acting type
Φ20 to 63 mm [0.787 to 2.480 in] cylinder bore. A mechanical lock is equipped in the cylinder on the stroke end to keep it from dropping down under its own weight when there is no pressure.
Double acting block end keep type
Φ16 to 63 mm [0.630 to 2.480 in] cylinder bore. A mechanical lock is equipped in the cylinder on the stroke end to keep it from dropping down under its own weight when there is no pressure.
Double acting brake type

Double acting pull, push stroke adjustment type
Φ20 to 40 mm [0.787 to 1.575 in] cylinder bore. Cylinder with stroke limiting stopper. An adjustable type lineup for both pull side and push side.
Dual stroke double acting pull type
Φ20 to 40 mm [0.787 to 1.575 in] cylinder bore. Two cylinders can be combined back-to-back for two operation strokes.

Low hydraulic pressure: Double acting type
Φ20 to 63 mm [0.787 to 2.480 in] cylinder bore. Pneumatic-hydraulic converter can be used for simple low-speed operation control of a cylinder operated by low hydraulic pressure.
Valpack double acting type
Φ20 to 40 mm [0.787 to 1.575 in] cylinder bore. Integrated solenoid valve and cylinder for less wasted air consumption within piping and reduced piping work requirements.
Double acting type heat resistant type
Φ20 to 40 mm [0.787 to 1.575 in] cylinder bore. Fluorine packing enables operating temperatures up to 130 degrees. However, a sensor switch cannot be equipped.
Double acting low speed type
Φ20 to 63 mm [0.787 to 2.480 in] cylinder bore. Low-speed type with an operating speed range from 10 mm/s [0.394 in/sec].
With scraper double acting type
Φ20 to 63 mm [0.787 to 2.480 in] cylinder bore. Scraper added to the rod packing prevents entry of outside foreign matter for wider ranging application potential in a variety of environments.

RoHS-compliance
Koganei has finished to comply Koganei brand products to the RoHS directive which regulates 6 substances, and has been attaching the RoHS-compliant identification mark 'E' to shipped products since July 2006.
On June 4th 2015, there was a public notification through an official Gazette [EU2015/863] , informing that the target of regulation will be increased to 10 substances.
Koganei is preparing to manufacture products which comply to the RoHS (10 substances), and attach a RoHS-compliant identification mark 'G' to compliant products from July 2018.
